Event Details
Must I be a People Leader to attend the course?
This course is for current and aspiring People Leaders!
What if I have questions after the workshop?
After the official session, we will stay online for another 15 minutes for Q&A. You are welcome to stay. We do offer individual consultation if you are interested in driving this topic further.
Can I just dial in and listen and observe the course?
We strongly recommend that you only join the course if you (1) are able to contribute via video+audio into discussions and group work, (2) are in a location where you can speak and are undisturbed (3) and are willing and eager to experience a real online workshop instead of a typical webinar. Participants who only observe cannot be allocated into a breakout group and will miss a substantial part that makes this workshop effective.
How do I get the most value from the course?
There are a few things you can do:
1) Only join if you are able to contribute actively via video+audio. Test your equipment!
2) Find a quiet spot where you will be undisturbed during the period of the course.
3) Download the zoom app for your pc/MAC/phone/tablet and test it.
Logistics
How can I make sure that my audio/video setup works?
We will open the Zoom Meeting Room 15 minutes before the session to give participants time to warm up and test their setup. We will use the Zoom Meeting Conferencing platform to run this course. Note: We will NOT use the webinar function in Zoom, as we want participants to interact and discuss.Â

When will I get the Zoom Meeting Link?
We will send the zoom meeting link 24h before the training via email to all participants.
Will there be a recording?
No. There will not be a recording. This is an interactive online course and not a one-way webinar. The course relies heavily on your active participation. Learning happens as part of the interaction; this cannot be replicated via a recorded session.
Do I need to use a laptop? Can i use my phone or tablet?
We use the Zoom platform. There are apps available for all major platforms. Check out www.zoom.usÂ

How much does the course cost?
The Remote Leader Bootcamp costs $30 USD per person, payable before the course starts.
What if I am not satisfied with the course?
Let us know. You will get a full refund within 7 days of the course
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
The course can be cancelled with a full refund until 24h before the start date and time. After that no refund will be given.Â
