Withdrawal terms and notice: Please note that that purchases are final. All withdrawals shall be given to IntelliCoach in written notice.
- More than 14 days notice prior to Program commencement: 100% refund of the program fees. An
administrative fee of 100 USD will be chargeable. - 14 days or less than 14 days notice prior to Program commencement: 50% refund of the program fees.
- There will be no refunds after the commencement of the course.
- Exception for quality assurance guarantee: IntelliCoach guarantees that if you believe that ILAP
does not meet the quality standards of professional coach training, IntelliCoach shall offer a full refund
within 30 days after commencement of the first session.
