OUR VISION
THE PAIN IS REAL
There is a lot of bad communication out there!

Great Leaders are rare.
Based on research by Gallup, Managers account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores across business units.
Yet, great Managers are rare. In fact, Gallup estimates that 80% of all the Managers out there seem not to be natural Managers. They struggle.

Poor Communication is still wide-spread
Poor Communication skill is the recurring top complaint from employees about their Leaders.
This is especially notable as Leaders across the board tell us that they typically spend 60-90% of their working time by communicating in conversations.

Most Leaders think they coach, but in fact they don't.
When asked, most People Leaders think they do some coaching. However, it turns out that most don’t know what coaching is and they don’t do it very well.
The reality is: Coaching is a skill and has a learning curve. Very few people develop this skill naturally on their own.

Every conversation will benefit from Coaching Skills
We believe that world will look very different once Coaching is a democratised among People Leaders. Our mission is to bring these skills into the vast majority of the conversations that Leaders have in their day-to-day complex interactions.

Leader Coaches are INTENTIONAL communicators
How do we do this? We help Leaders become INTENTIONAL about the way they are present and communicate. With our coaching curriculum, Leaders become more succinct, clear and to the point. They will become world-class active listeners, who know when to ask the right question.

Coaching skills multiply in all your conversations.
Most Leaders will agree that they spend between 70-90% of their time in conversations. Even small, consistent improvements in that area will therefore have a lasting impact with the own team, with peers and even in the relationship with th own Leader.
