5 Modules to Certification
The IntelliCoach Leader Academy offers a step-by-step process to turn the Leaders of today into powerful Leader Performance Coaches of tomorrow.
Our Program Members will (1) Learn to Coach and (2) Learn how to use Coaching Skills in most of their conversations to increase their impact.
It consists of 65 hours of high-quality online-only content and practice.** Members have the flexibility to complete the 4 months Core Training in an 8 months flexible timeframe.*
Your Investment***
The IntelliCoach Leader Academy is a professional online coaching development program. Options:
(1) Become a Skilled Coach and IntelliCoach Certified at USD 2500 with the ‘Skilled Coach Track’.
(2) Become a globally recognized ICF-ACC Coach for a total of USD 3500 with the ‘Global Recognition Track’.
(3) Speed up your Progress through additional mentoring at USD 4500 with the ‘Accelerated Track’.
* We extend the flexibility to 12 months for Pilot Program Members.
** The Program is aligned to the latest ICF Coaching Core Competency set as published in 2019. The program is currently in the process of receiving accreditation by ICF. Completing the pilot program run is a vital element in that process.
*** All Pilot Members get the ‘Global Recognition Track’, included in their one-time USD 1500 fee.
